How do I report an unauthorized purchase or billing error?

We take your privacy very seriously. In the event that you encounter an unauthorized charge on your credit card statement, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to figure things out. 

How do I get my GST invoice?

We will provide you with your GST invoice via the email address you provided. This invoice shall be used for all VAT refund and reporting purposes.

If in case you did not receive your invoice, you can access it from your order history only after your order has been shipped. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and American Express payments. ​

How do I use my promotion or coupon?

You can apply your promotion or coupon to your order during the checkout process. Locate for the promo code box and just simply enter the code then click “apply”. You will be notified when successfully applied.

Before you submit your order, make sure that the final price reflects any promotion you have received. If it doesn’t, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help you figure things out. 

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

This is sad news, but we would like you to contact us immediately and we’ll do everything we can to make things right. 

What happens after I place my order?

After we receive receive your order…

- We will send you a confirmation email stating the complete details of your order. If you see something wrong with the details, please don’t hesitate to contact us so that we can make it right. 

- Your order details are then entered into our system. Using this information, the system prioritizes the printing, production and shipping of your order according to your selections. We then select and customize your item/s, package it/them at which time your package is ready for shipping. 

Once your order is ready for shipping...

- We arrange for your order to be picked up from our production plant and send you a confirmation email which contains shipping instructions and details about your package. 

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Relax. You don’t need to worry. All you have to do is log on to your account then click “view order history”. If it’s already past the delivery date and you have not received it, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to make it right. 

The order I received is not complete. What should I do?

Relax. You don’t need to worry. If you received an incomplete order, chances are we shipped some of your items separately. Log on to your account, click on “view order history” then you will see the delivery status of your order – indicating that your order was partially shipped. 

Where’s my order?

We usually send out your order between 5 and 7 working days. If you have any questions about your order please contact us.  

Can I change my shipping address?

We may not be able to edit the shipping address of your original order, but what we can do is change the dispatch address if the package has not already been sent. Once you place a new order, you’ll now be able to select a new shipping address.
